- Training to become a trade butcher (if necessary)
- Maintain accurate records of product inventory and sales.
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing products.
- Operate meat cutting equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Make sausage, stock, bacon, marinades, etc
