We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Bust Boy and Bust Girl to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, assisting servers, and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly. This position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the food service industry and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and glassware are removed efficiently. Assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors. Help with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables, assembling ingredients, and preparing simple dishes. Support kitchen staff by restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels of food items and kitchen equipment. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs promptly. Participate in regular training sessions on food handling practices and safety protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and basic meal preparation techniques is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
