Concord Hospitality is seeking a positive and service-oriented Busser/Restaurant Attendant for Le Petit Chef's immersive dining experience. This role requires flexibility to work evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

Ensure restaurant is properly set and well-stocked for Le Petit Chef dinner operations prior to opening Be knowledgeable of menu, hotel, and Le Petit Chef dining experience Welcome guests & provide polished top-notch service Interact with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their experience Ensure tables are cleared, bussed, and turned over in a timely fashion to always maintain clean and professional image of the hotel and minimize wait times for guests to be seated Collaborate with Servers & Kitchen Team to ensure efficiency of operations and guest satisfaction Tidy & reset restaurant between each course Assist with opening and closing tasks Complete cleaning duties Complete other restaurant duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Friendly and outgoing personality Self-starter and takes initiative Excellent team player Works well under pressure and able to multitask Flexible schedule, able to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry Ability to work 6 to 8 hours on your feet at a time & lift up to 50 lbs

Bilingualism in English & French is considered an asset.

$19.11 CAD/Hour
