Job Summary

We're seeking passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our team. As the face of our restaurant, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience through warm hospitality, menu expertise, and keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests with a warm welcome, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.

2. Efficiently deliver food and drinks, ensuring they are presented correctly and meet our quality standards.

3. Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any requests.

4. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about ingredients and preparation.

5. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

6. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including quick and efficient table resets.

7. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

8. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Previous working experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred but not required.

2. Strong customer service and communication skills.

3. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

4. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

5. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
