Mamakas Taverna is looking for a Busser to join our Front of House team!
Location: 80 Ossington Ave.
Compensation: $17.20 an hour + weekly tip out
Availability: Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday evenings
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as restaurant support in a fast-paced, casual fine dining environment (or equivalent) preferred
Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-focused attitude
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 30 lbs
As a Busser, You Will Be:
Transporting bus bins to the back kitchen efficiently Polishing silverware & plateware and deliver clean dishes to the kitchen as needed Ensuring washroom areas are clean, stocked, and presentable Helping to maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, windows, and service stations Restocking service stations with necessary supplies
