Managing, developing and supporting Clinical Specialist team.
Collaborating with key functions to implement the TMTT business model; Public Affairs, Bids & Tenders, Customer Solutions, Finance & HR.
P&L mangement and optimization
Hires, develops and retains talent in the Edwards sales organization while leading and representing a BU across a region of moderate strategic impact
Drives commercialization of Edwards products and services across the region of moderate size

What you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in in related field extensive progressive sales experience Required and
Demonstrated successful track record of managing a team of sales employees Required and
extensive medical devices industry experience Required
Experience in launching new products or new business models within the Device Industry in Canada.
