The Business transformation analyst is responsible for crafting, leading and executing business projects that will improve productivity, redundancies, and inefficiencies; ultimately contributing to the overall Customer Experience. Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with other teams across in MSC and its divisions to conduct project requirement analysis and create process documentation
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements
  • Create and maintain documentation, as well as facilitate and capture business requirements through workshops, data analysis and end user interviews
  • Review systems analytics and existing processes to maximize business effectiveness and propose process improvements
  • Develop strong and durable relationships with the rest of the MSC team with the goal of supporting optimized systems design and integration
  • Respond to questions and concerns of team members and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
  • Work under the project manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Work with the PM to create a timeline, schedule and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time


Qualifications

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or technology management or related fields of study
  • 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong client facing and teamwork skills
  • Experience with facilitation, client interview techniques
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, DevOps
  • Knowledge of Process Optimization methodologies (KANBAN, LEAN, Value Stream Mapping)
  • Experience in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook, + SharePoint
  • Experience generating process documentation and report
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving and multitasking in a fast-paced and challenging wok environment
  • Team player with professional attitude
  • Shipping/Logistics/Transportation experience is an asset
