Business to Business Sales Professionals

We are looking for Business to Business Sales Professionals to joins us to expand our small to medium-sized business solutions campaign. Successful candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented professionals driven by integrity and superior client service.

The right person will love the thrill of a challenge, the excitement of working in a team and working with AN INDUSTRY-LEADING CLIENT. Candidates with the ability to think strategically and proactively; candidates who can excel in a fast-paced environment will have the best chance of succeeding in our organization and growing into a management role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing and business development through outbound calling
  • Research leads to finding key decision-makers and influencers
  • Regularly follow up with decision-makers to build and generate new business relationships
  • Set business appointments
  • Continually update and refine data in the sales prospect database
  • Convert outbound/inbound leads into paid customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and defined KPI\'s
  • Manage client expectations and address related inquiries
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must be able to work full-time hours (M-F)
  • Previous B2B sales experience with proven results would be an asset
  • Strong negotiation skills with the internal drive to succeed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent telephone manner
  • Experience with MS Office applications
  • Strong command of English, other languages are an asset
