We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a Business Systems Analyst help us streamline our operations, enhance our digital tools, and support the growth of our business.
The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in bridging technology and business operations. Working closely with management, sales teams, and service staff, you will analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement software solutions that enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Analyze and document existing business processes related to sales, customer service, inventory, and repairs.
Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure solutions align with business goals.
Design, test, and implement software tools to improve scheduling, invoicing, inventory management, and customer relationship management.
Leverage AI tools for transcription, requirement gathering, and task management to optimize workflows.
Translate technical requirements into clear communication for non-technical team members.
Provide training, support, and documentation for staff using new systems and applications.
Collaborate with vendors and IT support teams to ensure smooth integration of tools.
Monitor and evaluate system performance, recommending updates or enhancements.

Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in a retail or service business environment preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in software such as ERP, CRM, POS systems, or workflow automation tools.
