As the Business Systems Analyst, your role involves partnering with Finance and IT teams to deliver and support Finance systems. Working with developers, you will collaborate to resolve incidents, handle business enhancements and bugs, and work with external vendors for support (e.g., Oracle, Concur, Coupa).

The life of the Business Systems Analyst includes:

• Communicating with cross functional departments to gather business requirements and specifications to map out process workflows
• Maintaining and updating Functional Specifications for system enhancements and other functionality relevant to Canfor\'s enterprise systems
• Supporting the monitoring and resolution of issues identified by integrity reports and other error notifications
• Monitoring and responding to support requests that are escalated from the application support team

For this role, come equipped with:

• Experience with Oracle JDE required. (finance module)
• Knowledge and understanding of corporate finance processes
• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes

Ideally, you have experience with Microsoft DevOps, SAP, Concur, Coupa and Service Now.
