Tasks

Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests Act as liaison within organization between staff and management around wellness issues Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Assist in design, development and testing Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs Analyze market research data to improve business decisions or activities
