As the Business Systems Analyst, your role involves partnering with Finance and IT teams to deliver and support Finance systems. Working with developers, you will collaborate to resolve incidents, handle business enhancements and bugs, and work with external vendors for support (e.g., Oracle, Concur, Coupa). You will also be responsible for supporting the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Job Cost modules within JDE. Support includes trouble-shooting JDE issues and resolution of data/software issues across integrated tables and systems.

The life of the Business Systems Analyst includes:

• Communicating with cross functional departments to gather business requirements and specifications to map out process workflows
• Maintaining and updating Functional Specifications for system enhancements and other functionality relevant to Canfor\'s enterprise systems
• Supporting the monitoring and resolution of issues identified by integrity reports and other error notifications
• Monitoring and responding to support requests that are escalated from the application support team
• Developing an understanding of third party platforms (Oracle Transportation Management, FXLoader, Oracle Synergen, Concur and Coupa).
• Analyze issues to determine criticality, causes and impact on other areas of the system and business
• Monitor and address issues related to JDE integrity reports

For this role, come equipped with:

• 3-5 years\' of JDE EnterpriseOne finance support experience with a strong understanding of the following modules:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• General Ledger
• Fixed Assets
• Job Costing
• User defined objects and system configuration (Z-file processing; Interactive Jobs/Processing Options; JSI; AAI\'s; UDC\'s; Query Design; Related and Integrated Tables; Data Browser; UBE\'s)
• Working understanding of SQL and PL/SQL
• Knowledge and understanding of corporate finance processes, including month-end support
• In a perfect world, you\'ll also have experience with:

• OBIEE
• Oracle Transportation Management & Synergen
• Oracle UPKs
• SAP Concur
• Coupa
• Micosoft DevOps
• Service Now
