In this role, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, implementing, and optimizing software solutions to meet the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, coupled with expertise in Microsoft software platforms such as SharePoint, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.Key Responsibilities Include:Software Application Oversight:

  • Customize and integrate Microsoft software applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as Power Platforms and custom development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements related to Microsoft software solutions.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft software platforms, such as SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP, Power Platform and Office 365.
  • Lead and/or participate in software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely deliver and adherence to standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within software applications, driving efficiency and productivity improvements.
Training and Support:
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions and ongoing support to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize software applications to enhance their workloads.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training materials and project documentation. Generate reports to track project progress and key performance indicators.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors through meetings, emails, and other communication channels. Ensure that all parties are informed of project progress, changes, and decisions.
  • Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, including documenting change requests, assessing impacts, and obtaining approvals from stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, with a focus on Microsoft software solutions.
  • Expertise in Microsoft software platforms such as SharePoint, Office 365 (including Teams, and Power Platform), and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in software implementation and configuration, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) is a plus.
