The Role
We are actively seeking a
passionate, high-energy Consulting Manager
to serve as an
OAC-BI Business/System Analyst
. This role requires
strong Credit Risk expertise
. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust
Business Intelligence (BI) solutions
, with a dedicated focus on
credit risk analytics and reporting
. Utilizing your comprehensive expertise in
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
, you will be responsible for transforming intricate data into actionable insights that directly support critical decision-making processes within our credit risk management functions.

Responsibilities
Gain a comprehensive understanding of various
risk and regulatory product data attributes
from both upstream and downstream systems.
Apply
deep Credit Risk functional knowledge
to architect and develop impactful BI solutions.
Take the lead on
Data Mapping (source to target)
to ensure accurate and efficient data flow into enterprise data warehouses and
OAC/OBIEE platforms
.
Design, develop, and meticulously maintain
interactive dashboards, comprehensive reports, and compelling visualizations
using
OAC/OBIEE
.
Work proficiently with
large-scale data warehouses
, ensuring optimal data integrity, quality, and performance.
Conduct
complex analytics on extensive datasets
to proactively identify emerging credit risk trends and derive critical insights.
Design and expertly implement
ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and robust data integration workflows
.
Strategically optimize
OAC/OBIEE reports and underlying data models
for peak performance and efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with business users and credit risk analysts to deliver highly effective and tailored BI solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Finance, or Business Analytics.
A minimum of
8 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence and analytics, with a distinct specialization in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Extensive hands-on experience with
OAC Data Visualization (DV) capabilities, RPD modeling, and configuring OAC security.
Demonstrated proficiency in
MS/SQL and PL/SQL
for advanced data manipulation, querying, and performance tuning.
Strong programming experience, particularly with
Python
, for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
Solid and practical understanding of
data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling principles.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and clear communication skills.
Prior experience within the financial services industry, with a specific focus on
credit risk management
, is highly preferred.
Experience utilizing
Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
for enterprise-level data integration.
Work Authorization
