Responsibilities:



Administrative support for the Professional business, including contract sales, quotes, shipping details and customer support Data management for customers Coordinate machine requests for Professional orders Assure the appropriate input and processing of all necessary orders for Professional Collect all credit information and contact information for receivables Assure the appropriate pricing of quotes Follow up where necessary with customers/sales/service representatives when related to orders or quotes Provide administrative support for Field Sales and Finance teams (assist with billing and credit line) Work closely with other departments, Logistics, and Warehousing as necessary to ensure order fulfillment Assist with projects for all lines within the Professional Department Interact professionally with customers on the phone, email, etc. as necessary Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:



General education or college degree Bilingual English and French preferred Persuasive communication, customer engagement, and deal-closing expertise Ability to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and consistently exceed sales targets Excellent customer service and communication skills Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Strong background using CRM systems SAP experience preferred Call center experience will be an asset Ability to apply concepts of basic math Ability to manage difficult customer situations * Ability to multitask and work independently
