We are seeking a highly experienced
Business Solutions Lead
to drive pre-sales solution design, manage enterprise onboarding projects, and support technical implementation success. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that enterprise merchants seamlessly integrate with OTT Pay's payment systems while receiving outstanding technical and project support throughout their lifecycle.

How you will contribute:
Participate in pre-sales discussions to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable integration plans.
Support the creation of technical solution documents, integration guides, workflow diagrams, and design documentation for enterprise clients.
Coordinate implementation activities, including integration timelines, testing schedules, go-live plans, and post-launch validation.
Serve as the primary implementation contact for merchants, guiding them through API integration, onboarding, and operational readiness.
Collaborate closely with internal teams--including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance--to ensure smooth execution of enterprise onboarding.
Track project progress, resolve issues, escalate risks, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
Provide ongoing support for merchants during early production stages, ensuring technical issues are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Computer-related fields.
10+ years of experience in payment solutions consulting, integration management, or technical project management.
Strong understanding of payment systems, financial technologies, and API-based integrations.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple enterprise onboarding projects in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires working from the office.

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9:00am to 5:30pm
