The

Business Solutions Coordinator

supports business members by delivering practical financial solutions, education, and guidance. Working closely with the Business Services Team and branch staff, this role helps onboard and support business products, with a focus on non-credit solutions and digital services. As a key point of contact for business inquiries, the Business Solutions Coordinator ensures a smooth, positive experience while building strong, long-term member relationships.

What You'll Do:




Support business members by delivering and coordinating non-credit business solutions and digital banking services. Act as a primary point of contact for business service inquiries, including online banking, cash management tools, Payment Stream AFT, wire payments, and system support. Recommend appropriate business products and provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure a positive member experience. Assist with documentation, onboarding, renewals, and reporting related to business products and services. Support due diligence activities for lending processes, including credit reports, PPSA searches, and annual reviews. Manage routine member requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Provide back-up support to team members and contribute to special projects and community initiatives. Travel to member locations or branch locations as required.



What You Bring:




Education & Experience




High School diploma with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in a financial institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
