ERTH enthusiastically moves to push the industry ahead during a time of change and development in the global energy market.ERTH is looking for a dynamic individual with proven experience in the electrical utility market to join our technical team as a Business Solution Analyst working with our NorthStar customer and billing system. This position will work closely with our clients to understand requirements, configure software, optimize processes and deliver training. While working remotely or from ERTH\'s Ingersoll offices, this position requires a professional with strong knowledge of utility industry back office business processes and related software solutions. To be successful, you will be committed to improving the customer experience and the generation of operational efficiencies while championing the work from home environment.Roles and Responsibilities of the Business Solution Analyst include:

• Functional subject-matter expert of NorthStar, or other electrical utility Customer Information System, with an in-depth knowledge of the entire Meter-to-Cash process.
• Work with clients to analyze business process, identify problems, recommend and implement solutions.
• Develop documentation: Design docs, training material, data flows, test scripts, sales proposals.
• Develop and deliver presentations, software demonstrations, documentation and training.
• Configuration and quality assurance of NorthStar, or other electrical utility Customer Information System.
• Provide client support and perform defect correction.
• Enhance existing or design new processes to meet business requirements for the electrical utility industry.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, liaise with ERTH and vendors to create solutions.
• Prepare technical business requirements documents.

Qualified applicants who meet the following criteria will be considered:

• Highly experienced in the utility industry, preferably working with both business and IT groups.
• Proficient knowledge of utility customer information systems (NorthStar CIS preferred) with strong analytical, research and problem solving skills.
• Strong influencing, coaching and communication (both written and verbal) skills across all levels of an organization, plus a passion for seeing others succeed.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team on projects.
• Experience with organizational change management and/or corporate culture change initiatives.
• Willingness to learn, teach and share information with peers, management and users.
• Familiarity with SQL is desired.
• Bachelor\'s or College Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
• Some travel will be required.
