Job Title: Program Lead - Business and General
Reports To: Dean or designate

Position Summary: The Program Lead is a dual-role professional combining teaching excellence with administrative leadership. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality education, guiding the program's strategic direction, and ensuring operational effectiveness.
Qualifications Required:
Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field. (WES/IQAS)
A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with a track record of academic leadership.
Adult Education Certificate from a recognized institution
Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
CAPM / PMP is an asset
Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Duties:
Teach courses within the program, maintaining a minimum teaching load of 25%.
Develop and update course materials and syllabi in line with the latest academic standards.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct office hours to support and mentor students.
Administrative Leadership:
Mentor and support faculty members, fostering professional development and academic excellence.
Coordinate with the Dean or designate to manage the program's budget and resources.
Oversee the scheduling of classes and assignment of faculty teaching loads.
Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new instructors.
Lead the program's accreditation processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Implement strategies to improve student retention and success rates.
Curriculum and Program Development:
Collaborate with faculty to review and revise the program curriculum.
Integrate industry trends and technological advancements into the curriculum.
Liaise with industry partners to align program outcomes with employer expectations.
Community and Institutional Engagement:
Represent the program in college committees and academic councils.
Engage with external stakeholders to enhance program visibility and partnerships.
Organize and participate in program-related events and conferences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
