Summary

CellCarta Logistics is currently seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to fill the role of Business Process Improvement Analyst (BPIA).

The Business Process Improvement Analyst (BPIA) is responsible for identifying and documenting processes within the company. Once these areas are recognized the Business Analyst is responsible for documenting the requirements as well as documenting potential changes to these processes.

Responsibilities

  • To work with teams across the organization to map and analyze current processes, both in service delivery areas and in central services functions, and to identify and deliver business process improvements that streamline activity, are robust and compliant, increase quality and efficiency and represent best practice.
  • To work closely with IT systems providers and in-house systems team to document functional requirements and align processes and system set-up for integrated information solutions and maximum organizational benefit.
  • To develop and implement process controls, monitoring and optimization, with clear ownership and accountability.
  • To enable teams across the organization to contribute effectively to providing high quality, efficient and sustainable care to people we support
  • To actively contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
More specifically: * Engaging with leaders and colleagues across the organization, running remote workshops and forming effective virtual teams to:
  • Map and assess current business processes and ways of working
  • Identify process improvements and redesign processes and ways of working using lean principles and in line with best practice, regulatory and legal standards
  • Identify interdependencies between teams to ensure \xe2\x80\x98end to end\xe2\x80\x99 functionality
  • Identify and work with leads to ensure ownership and accountability of processes
  • Implement, monitor and report on improvements
  • Developing process maps, flow diagrams and related documentation for redesigned processes
  • Documenting requirements to enable the creation of IT functional specifications where appropriate
  • Collaborating with systems developers to align system set-up with optimized business processes and ensure both business and technical suitability
  • Developing training materials and supporting the implementation of changes
  • Developing and implementing process controls, data collection, reporting and optimization and supporting adoption of these by process owners
  • Establishing tools to enable continuous improvement
  • Managing relationships and communications with key stakeholders across the organization to build trust and maintain buy-in.
Education
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or Industrial Engineering
  • Successful completion as a Green Belt or higher in Lean Six Sigma would be a significant asset

  • Knowledge of a vast array of programming concepts: Being able to know which software, programming language, or techniques are appropriate for any given task or project is the most important competency the Business Analyst can possess.

  • Identifies alternate methods or approaches to expediting current processes without compromising quality of study supplies or processes
