OverviewWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced Business Planning Analyst for our prevention divisional strategy and operations department.In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll provide support for a variety of duties related to operational activities, planning, analysis, performance, and quality management. • Provide support and assistance to directors, managers, and staff in developing business plans
• Define measures and develop and complete departmental reports
• Apply financial and business planning principles and practices, including result-based management, to maintain a balanced scorecard in the public sector
• Manage projects as they relate to financial planning and performance measurements
• Apply business process improvement principles including change management
• Gather and analyze information to understand problems and/or opportunities, and develop creative and pragmatic solutions
• Write concise, clear, and grammatically correct business documents to inform or persuade a variety of audiences

• A master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a business-related discipline, such as business administration, accounting, or finance and a minimum of four years of related work experience in business and/or financial analysis
• Or, a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a business-related discipline, such as business administration, accounting, or finance, plus a recognized Canadian accounting designation (CPA) and a minimum of four years of related work experience
