Business Operations & Events Integrator

Surrey, BC, CA, Canada

Job Description

Avid Business Performance Group

is a high impact business coaching and advisory firm on a mission to help business owners build profitable, scalable, sellable businesses that give them an abundant life.

We are partnered with

ActionCOACH

, the world leader in business coaching, and we are on a clear path to scale, adding new business coaches, building performance centers, and aiming to nearly double our business next year.

To do that, we need an operator who loves systems, events, and execution as much as we love strategy, coaching, and growth.

That is where you come in.

Why this role is exciting for you

This is not a corporate back office job. You will be in the engine room of a fast growing entrepreneurial firm.

What is in it for you:

You are the builder of the machine

You are not just following SOPs, you are helping design the Coaching Operating System that will support multiple business coaches, hundreds of members, and 10 million in future revenue.

You get a front row seat to real business growth

You will work directly with the Founder and Managing Partner, see how strategic decisions are made, and watch your systems translate into real MRR growth and client results.

You own meaningful projects, not random tasks

Think annual Coaching OS, event playbooks, member onboarding, CRM architecture, dashboards, not just inbox and calendar management.

You get to play with events and experiences

You will help make our flagship events run like a show, including Six Steps to a Better Business, planning days, masterclasses, and special member events.

You grow as we grow

As we add more business coaches and locations, your role has a clear path to Operations Manager or Director of Operations, with increasing responsibility and rewards.

If you like building structure around visionary people and turning chaos into clean systems that everyone can use, you will feel at home here.

What you will own

You will report directly to our Managing Partner / COO and work closely with the Founder and leadership team.

1. Event operations and production

Build and run event playbooks for our core events, including Six Steps to a Better Business, Growth Club, masterclasses, and other workshops. Create and manage timelines, checklists, and run sheets so events run smoothly every time. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and our Community Member Manager so invites, registrations, reminders, and follow up all work as one system. Track and report event KPIs, including registrations, show up rates, and conversions.

2. Systems and SOPs for our Coaching OS

Help ship and maintain Coaching OS 1.0, including our annual calendar and core SOPs. Document and improve processes for lead flow, events, onboarding, and reporting. Keep our SOP library organized, usable, and up to date as we grow.

3. CRM and pipeline integration (Go High Level)

Build and maintain pipelines for Business Coaching, Business Planning, and Business Training, with clear stages from Suspect to Conversion. Set up and refine automations, fields, and tags so marketing, sales, and coaching data stays clean and useful. Support the team with simple dashboards and reports that show what is happening in real time.

4. Member and team onboarding systems

Maintain our Week 1 to 8 onboarding playbook for new business coaches and help roll it out as we hire. Coordinate access, tools, training sessions, and checklists so new team members ramp quickly. Support member onboarding systems so new clients feel guided, welcomed, and set up for success.

5. KPIs, reporting, and meeting readiness

Own the KPI spreadsheet and reporting pack that is ready by the 10th of each month. Prepare weekly numbers for our Monday operations reviews, including MQLs, SQLs, speed to contact, event performance, and pipeline health. Help ensure Outlook calendars and our CRM match, so the team has a single source of truth.

6. Project management and follow through

Turn leadership decisions into simple project plans with owners, due dates, and clear outcomes. Coordinate progress with marketing, sales, coaches, and community teams. Keep everyone honest on execution while staying supportive and solution focused.
Who you are

You have

3 to 7 years

of experience in operations, project management, event operations, or a similar integrator role, ideally in a coaching, consulting, agency, or membership based business. You genuinely

love systems, checklists, and improving how things work

, and you get a quiet thrill from crossing things off and seeing a process run cleanly. You are comfortable inside CRM tools like Go High Level, HubSpot, Keap or similar, and you enjoy figuring out how data and automations should flow. You are highly organized, detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. You communicate clearly, you follow up reliably, and you can push back respectfully when priorities conflict. You like entrepreneurs and growth minded people, and you want your work to directly support business owners who are trying to build better companies and better lives.
Nice to have:

Experience with events, workshops, webinars, or live experiences. Experience in small business or startup environments where you had to build things, not just maintain them. Familiarity with business coaching, personal development, or performance based environments.
Compensation and growth

Salary:

30-35 Per hr

Performance based bonus tied to event KPIs, pipeline health, and MRR growth.
