About the Opportunity

• Our client, a leading Automotive Finance company is looking for a University Business School graduate with internship, co-op, or a year or two of experience with any competing Automotive Finance company
• Internships, Co-ops, or experience can come from, but is not limited to Sales Strategy, Reporting, Production, Logistics, Incentives, Business Controls, Effectiveness, Aftersales, Fleet Management, Retail, etc.
• Assist the Internal Audit Manager with conducting audits to identify process improvements across all departments
• Assist in defining Process Improvement Plan to incorporate all departments across the company
• Conduct various audit tests for design and operating effectiveness based on risk assessments and prepare documentation
• Conduct interviews, analyze documents, identify, obtain, and test relevant information & controls to identify areas of improvement and determine business impact.
• Update and maintain risk assessments for assigned process areas, assess process design and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
• Conduct subsequent testing and report on the status of closed Audits
• Generate data and prepare various reports using SQL query writing, Excel, Tableau
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
• Assist in conducting Audit events and presentations across the company

About You

• Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Operations Management, or related

• Automotive Finance Industry experience is a must

• High Proficiency with MS Excel

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Fast-learner with high attention to detail

Salary Range
$72,000 - $75,000/year
