Oversee daily office operations and reception staff
Assist with and support business operations in both areas of the residence
Manage Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and Payroll
Support General Manager in their absence
Human Resources:
Lead HR functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Support payroll processing and benefits administration
Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and respect
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or HR Generalist
Strong understanding of HR principles and working with collective agreements
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in payroll, accounts payable/receivable
