Duties

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and expand market presence Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met across departments Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment Manage profit & loss statements, analyze financial reports, and make data-driven decisions to maximize profitability Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding service offerings Lead project management efforts for process improvements, new initiatives, or organizational changes Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate operational performance, and implement continuous improvement strategies

Skills

Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities Expertise in strategic planning and executing growth strategies Solid understanding of profit & loss management and financial analysis Supervising experience with team development and performance management Business development skills to identify opportunities and build lasting client relationships Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma Excellent sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth through innovative approaches

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
