Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to lead our organization towards achieving its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a proven track record in business development and project management. This role is crucial for overseeing daily operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring profitability while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and operational efficiency. Lead and supervise teams, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity. Identify opportunities for business development and drive initiatives to capture new markets. Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints. Implement process improvement strategies to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

Post-secondary student pursuing a degree/diploma in the business field Proven experience in management with a strong understanding of business operations. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in supervising diverse teams. Experience in business development with a focus on driving growth opportunities. Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
