Business Manager, Permanent Full-Time Kia of Prince Albert
We have an excellent opportunity for our Kia of Prince Albert location as Business Manager.
We are looking for someone who is a tactful communicator, is ambitious and has a go-getter attitude. The Business Manager will be working with diverse clientele including subprime, offering options regarding their purchase within their budget, arrange financing and promote aftermarket products such as insurances, warranties, and vehicle care options.
You will provide advisory services and bring excellent interpersonal skills to obtain financing solutions to those who face credit challenges. You will work hard for your customer to delivery optimal service by creating custom solutions that meet your clients needs. You will work to rebuild clients credit history, process lease and finance deals while liaising with our financial partners.
Requirements to be successful in the position

• Previous dealership/automotive experience - specifically with subprime clientele
• Cultivate leads, credit applications and secure approvals
• Experience with customer financing
• Knowledge of principles related to prime, subprime and other non traditional finance
• Ability to read credit bureau reports
• Excellent customer service skills
