Job Overview

As an intern, you will be an extension of the co-founding team. You'll work hand-in-hand with the co-founders to source, close, and deliver on new deals. Since we're an out-of-home marketing agency, you'll witness how new advertising campaigns are built, considered, and executed. We're looking for someone to work part-time (15-20 hours per week) during the school year and full-time during the Summer. This is a hybrid-role which means you'll WFH some days.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Prospect new business by buidling email lists, writing email campaigns, answering emails, making phone calls, connecting with prospects on LinkedIn, and hosting discovery calls. Assist in closing deals by coordinating calls, building proposals, and answering emails. Deliver on marketing campaigns by creating job postings, interviewing drivers, coordinating car wrap production and installs, managing design, and communicating with the client.

Industry experience- if you're interested in working in advertising, marketing, or agencies, this role will provide you with invaluable experience connecting with marketing leaders at some of Canada's largest brands (like WestJet, Sobeys, etc.) and marketing agencies (OMD, UM, PHD, etc.).
