Business Intelligence Specialist

to join our team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.


As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how data is used to support strategic initiatives. You'll be responsible for developing scalable data solutions, designing impactful dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges. Your work will ensure that data is not only accessible but also meaningful and aligned with organizational goals.



Develop and maintain scalable, reliable data sources that serve as the organization's "source of truth." Design and implement dashboards that meet business needs and promote data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute data analytics projects using industry best practices. Support and enforce data governance policies to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Identify opportunities to enhance the Data Warehouse and reporting architecture.

2-5 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role, ideally within the manufacturing sector. Post-secondary education in Data Analytics, Information Management, Math & Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or diplomas in data & analytics are considered an asset. Strong understanding of data warehouse structures and proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases. Skilled in data visualization tools and techniques--

Tableau

preferred. Experience with data analysis, modeling, and profiling tools--

Alteryx

preferred.
