We need someone who can help us get there, we have the data, we need the insight. We are looking for someone who can build useful dashboards for mission critical business intelligence. You should have experience building dashboards and analyzing data from multiple sources.We need your ownership and support. You don't have all the answers but you are resourceful and great at problem solving and figuring things out without supervision. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with directors, content strategists, project managers, designers, and developers to produce high-quality business intelligence. You need to be proficient in both written communication and meeting facilitation. Most importantly, you need to be able to translate data into meaningful business intelligence.Your responsibilities

• Understand our business' needs and translate them into useful dashboards using Klipfolio
• Analyze data from multiple sources
• Owns the requirements gathering and definition process
• Turn feedback from team members into actionable tasks
• Craft training and/or support documentation to facilitate a successful hand-off
• Identify bugs/problems during the test cycles, and report defects in a clear and concise manner

• 3+ years of experience working in a data analyst role, business analyst role or related field
• Experience building intelligent dashboards
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering meetings
• Experience working in an agency environment
• Ability to understand and translate customer's needs into user stories
• Experience using Klipfolio, Looker, Tableau or similar dashboard software.
• Detail oriented with strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimum or little supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
