This position is reporting to Director, Operational Intelligence and System Development.What you will do:\xc2\xb7 Develop, maintain and distribute reports to internal stakeholders and the field periodically to support day to day operations of Pharmacy projects at all sites\xc2\xb7 Develop exception reports to determine potential stop gaps and issues to support day to day operations in all Pharmacy projects sites\xc2\xb7 Develop dashboards for daily, weekly, and period end KPI reporting packages using Power BI as the distribution mechanism\xc2\xb7 Develop and adhere to the end-to-end Pharmacy project process that includes reporting by each program, program performance, analysis of pain points and growth opportunities\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Accounting, IT, and other relevant departments to streamline procedures at the Pharmacy project level\xc2\xb7 Enhance planning process including CYP, MYP, monthly re-forecasting of the Pharmacy project programs, and other metrics as required\xc2\xb7 Monitor and maximize each of the site\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio\xc2\xb7 Provide analytical support for all sites using vendor data, MicroStrategy and/or Teradata\xc2\xb7 Maintain and support the Labour Planning tool processes and metrics, Capacity Planning tool processes and metrics, and Period End processes (MBR)What you will need:\xc2\xb7 University degree with focus on Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering and/or Finance\xc2\xb7 Business acumen and superior knowledge of Retail pharmacy operations, Inventory Management and CPAK/Central Vial operations\xc2\xb7 Ability to develop and manage exception reports from multiple data sources\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate effectively leveraging data, statistics, market research, scientific studies, and other relevant information to influence individuals from a variety of educational backgrounds, seniority, and experience\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical skills: ability to rapidly assess relevance, accuracy, and statistical significance\xc2\xb7 Experience in creating and defending business cases for large, complex multi-year projects\xc2\xb7 Experience managing sensitive programs in highly regulated environments\xc2\xb7 Strong MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SQL Server Management Studio, Power BI, Power Apps, Citrix Server Applications, VBA, Python, MicroStrategy and Teradata\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated problem solving skills\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to drive to clear action and ownership\xc2\xb7 Exceptional project and time management skills\xc2\xb7 Understanding of pharmaceutical/health care industry a strong asset\xc2\xb7 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhy work at Shoppers Drug Mart?Acting as consultants, supporting internal customers and the Associate-Owners, you will get experience unique to the retail industry while working for an award-winning national brand.
