This full-time role within the Project Office team focuses on implementing dashboards, reports, and performance indicators that support strategic decisions.



Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Power BI dashboard and report development. Propose KPIs and design interactive dashboards tailored to client needs. Coordinate the launch of new dashboards (development, testing, communication/change management, and deployment). Support change management efforts related to new tool rollouts. Present dashboards to various stakeholders. Provide recommendations for the development of technical solutions. Collaborate with other departments to improve existing processes and tools. Prepare user documentation for developed dashboards. Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of the Power BI environment.



Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in organizational information systems, business intelligence, statistics, computer science, or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of experience as a business intelligence analyst or in a similar role. Technical proficiency in Power BI. Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with IT environments. Bilingual (French and English).
