Rejoignez l'equipe d'analytique des generiques au sein de la division technologique de McKesson en tant qu'Analyste en Intelligence d'Affaires. Ce role soutient la prise de decisions strategiques en developpant et en maintenant des tableaux de bord et des analyses axes sur les indicateurs cles de performance.

Ce que vous ferez

Analyser et interpreter les donnees pour soutenir les decisions commerciales, en presentant les resultats sous forme de rapports, tableaux de bord, graphiques, etc. Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour transformer des problematiques ambigues en solutions analytiques structurees. Identifier des opportunites d'amelioration des processus et recommander des optimisations operationnelles. Concevoir des modeles d'apprentissage automatique (ex. : regression, regroupement, prevision de series temporelles) pour soutenir les initiatives de tarification, de segmentation et d'optimisation des campagnes. Developper des visualisations et tableaux de bord dans Power BI pour communiquer les resultats a des publics non techniques. Realiser des tests A/B et des simulations de scenarios pour evaluer les strategies de tarification et de campagnes. Travailler en collaboration avec les membres de l'equipe pour assurer la livraison ponctuelle de produits analytiques de haute qualite.

Ce que vous apportez

Maitrise de Snowflake, SQL, Python, Databricks et Power BI. Solide comprehension des methodes statistiques, des algorithmes d'apprentissage automatique et de la modelisation des donnees. Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale. Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches et a travailler efficacement sous pression dans un environnement dynamique. Sens aigu du detail et excellentes competences organisationnelles. Aptitudes averees a la resolution de problemes et a la pensee critique. Intelligence emotionnelle et conscience de soi demontrees.

Exigences minimales

Diplome ou equivalent et necessite generalement 4 ans ou plus d'experience pertinente.

Competences et experiences souhaitees

Diplome de niveau licence ou master en science des donnees, analytique, informatique ou domaine connexe. Plus de 5 ans d'experience dans le domaine de la science des donnees ou de l'analytique. Experience en tests A/B et en simulations de scenarios. Connaissance des strategies de tarification et d'optimisation des campagnes.

Note linguistique : Le/la titulaire de ce poste devra fournir un soutien quotidien a des clients internes et/ou externes situes hors du Quebec et/ou aux Etats-Unis. Par consequent, une maitrise de l'anglais parle et ecrit est requise. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes necessitant des competences en anglais a ete limite autant que possible.

Join McKesson's Generics Analytics team within the Technology division as a Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you'll drive strategic decision-making by developing and maintaining analytics insights and dashboards that illuminate key business performance metrics.

What You'll Do

Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions, presenting insights via reports, dashboards, charts, and graphs. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical solutions. Identify and recommend process improvements based on operational analysis. Build machine learning models (e.g., regression, clustering, time series forecasting) to support pricing, segmentation, and campaign optimization. Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical audiences. Conduct A/B testing and scenario simulations to evaluate pricing and campaign strategies. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytics products.

What You Bring

Strong working knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI. Deep understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Demonstrated self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Preferable Skills & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics. Experience conducting A/B testing and scenario simulations. Familiarity with pricing and campaign optimization strategies.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
