Business Instructor (Part-Time/Contract)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Instructor to teach courses such as Accounting, Payroll, Financial Math, Organizational Behavior and Business Communication within our Business and Administrative Professional Program. This role involves teaching international adult learners in a student-centered, interactive environment.

Schedule:

Flexible - classes run Monday to Saturday, with morning, afternoon, and evening options. Preference for candidates with full availability on Fridays and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver predesigned curriculum effectively to adult learners Apply business learning strategies to engage students Support and guide students on practical business projects Provide ongoing feedback and assess student progress Use real-world business practices to enrich learning

Qualifications:

Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field (required) WES/IQAS assessment required for international degrees Minimum 1 year of adult teaching experience (required) Industry-current knowledge and practices Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (an asset)
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
