The successful candidate is an enthusiastic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will work with key stakeholders in our businesses to build and leverage cohesive relationships toward the achievement of organizational goals and a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define improvement initiatives in alignment with strategic goals and drive sustainable growth.
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives to drive improvement in safety, financial performance, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
Develop and implement visual controls and standard work procedures.
Support the business in developing and key performance indicators and monitoring their effectiveness.
Stay up to date on modern tools and technologies to drive transformational changes in business.
Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a demanding environment
Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
Ability to analyze problems and make recommendations for improvements
Previous training in Lean, Six Sigma, and project management experience considered an asset
