About Potash



BHP's CAD$14 billion (US$10.5 billion) investment in the Jansen project, located approximately 140 kilometers east of Saskatoon, is expected to become one of the largest potash mines in the world. As the largest investment in Saskatchewan's history, Jansen is expected to generate approximately 5,500 workforce opportunities during construction and 900 long-term roles. Jansen's construction will take place over several years with first production planned for late 2026. Once fully ramped up, Jansen is expected to have an initial production capacity of approximately 8.5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa), with the potential to produce 16 to 17 Mtpa in future stages. About the Graduate Program



The 24-month graduate program focuses on Developing, Engaging, Managing Change and Achieving Results. It's a balanced approach to technical and professional development to ensure you have well-rounded capabilities. This will be the cornerstone of your BHP Career. Graduates will rotate into different teams 2-4 times, to help build technical capabilities, working relationships with new people and leadership skills. You will be guided by our leaders as you work on real projects, offering accelerated learning and career path opportunities. Near the end of the program, you'll be provided the choice to stay in the same commodity or seek opportunities elsewhere in BHP to demonstrate.

Purpose



BHP is looking for an enthusiastic Business Graduate to support the team's contribution to driving business excellence. The Business Graduate will join a global cohort of like-minded graduates who will be supported, motivated, and mentored to develop the skills required to work on real business problems, and given an opportunity to create a career that will have a lasting impact on themselves and on the world.

About the Role



In this role, you will support the organization by:
Defining and structuring business problems to understand what can be addressed using analytics, designing analytics solutions and accessing and cleaning data to prepare it for the analysis process. Analysing and modeling data to draw out insights and solutions that address hypotheses and business challenges. Developing and communicating insights that guide data driven action and decision making. Identifying, implementing and evaluating the success of continuous improvement activities/initiatives to improve the safety, effectiveness and efficiency of BHP systems and processes. Conducting presentations and facilitating workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.

About You



To be considered, you will need:
Bachelors or masters degree in business, management, or similar discipline, (with bachelors degree completed not earlier than 2022) or be eligible for graduation by May/June 2025.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build working relationships with various teams across the organization.
