Role Overview

We are seeking a

Business & Finance Manager

with a strong background in

banking, law, or business development

, and a proven track record in financial and strategic management.The ideal candidate is a

Bachelor of Commerce graduate with an MBA

This role bridges finance, business strategy, and operations -- ensuring Nebula Platforms continues to grow sustainably while pursuing its mission to innovate responsibly in automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support Nebula's growth and innovation goals. Drive strategic business initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations across departments. Oversee financial compliance, contracts, and risk management (especially in relation to AI and data-driven operations). Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, investors, and legal advisors. Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement business expansion strategies. Supervise cross-functional teams and promote a culture of accountability and performance. Identify new business opportunities and strategic investments aligned with Nebula's AI roadmap.

Qualifications

MBA

(Finance, Business Administration, or Strategy) --

3+ years of experience

in one or more of the following:

Banking and Financial Services

Corporate Law or Contract Management

Business Development or Strategy

Strong understanding of financial modeling, business operations, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership.
