Our Team:
The Business Excellence team is accountable for the North Atlantic Life of Business Planning and Operational Excellence functions. The team focuses on prioritization of opportunities, problem solving, critical business routines, and the deployment of critical resources to manage North Atlantic Operations initiatives and plans.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Business Excellence Manager to support North Atlantic Operations. This is a permanent position based in Sudbury, Ontario.
This role will be responsible for the effective integration of VPS (Management Model and Operating System) across North Atlantic Operations. In addition, the position will lead the Master Plan submission for North Atlantic Operations. The role holder requires expertise in our North Atlantic flowsheet, VPS, problem solving techniques, prioritization methodologies and project management. Effective leadership and collaboration in working with a variety of stakeholders to ensure integration, standardization and continuous improvement is embedded within the technical services and our North Atlantic Operations will be required.
