We have a great opportunity in our People & Culture Group (HR) - Business Transformation Office. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Business Consultant to lead business efficiency initiatives.
What You Will Do
As a Business Efficiencies Consultant, you will support the Director of Business Transformation in identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize internal business processes and streamline operations. You will play a key role in evaluating business efficiency initiatives, coordinating forward-looking strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Opportunity Reviews: Assist in analyzing business operations to identify efficiency improvements and develop recommendations for enhancing internal processes.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to assess core services, policies, and decision-making frameworks to drive operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to measure and document the value of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Barrier Identification & Solution Development: Work closely with various departments and employee groups-including unionized and non-unionized staff-to identify efficiency challenges, quantify their impact, and develop structured solutions for implementation.
Industry Trends & Innovation: Partner with external organizations, consultants, and research institutions to stay informed on emerging trends, innovations, and technological advancements that could drive future efficiencies within the organization.
This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to driving business transformation and operational excellence.
