?? Role Overview: Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven, customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

You'll play a key role in revenue generation through proactive upselling, customer re-engagement, and

pipeline management.

?? Key Responsibilities

? Upsell and cross-sell IT/networking solutions to existing B2B clients

? Reconnect and revive dormant accounts with targeted outreach

? Drive and track opportunities using platforms like Monday.com

? Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with clients weekly

? Engage regularly with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

? Maintain records of key customer segments and market insights

?? Performance Metrics

? Minimum 50 outbound activities/week (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

? Book 10+ client meetings/week

? Generate at least 15 sales opportunities/week

? 24-hour turnaround on all customer communications

? Stay updated with product launches and monthly promos

? What You Bring

? 3-5 years of inside sales experience (preferably in IT or telecom)

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Analytical mindset to interpret customer data and trends

? Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per month
