exceptional full-time Clinic/Medical Admin & Business Development Lead
to join our dynamic leadership team.
This is not a hybrid role. We need someone present, engaged, and fully immersed ~
Monday to Friday, onsite.

About the Role:
This hybrid leadership role is perfect for a high-achieving professional who thrives in both patient-facing and back-office environments. You'll be the connective tissue between our frontline staff, medical professionals, and executive team, driving operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and business growth simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations:
Oversee day-to-day clinic management including scheduling, front-desk optimization, staff workflow, and resource planning.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team to create a high-performance, growth-focused culture.
Business Development:
Collaborate with leadership on initiatives to grow and streamline operational KPIs.
Administrative Support:
Perform high-level administrative tasks including EMR oversight, inventory management, and patient flow coordination.
Strategic Execution:
Translate ideas into action with follow-through, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.

Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of medical administrative or clinic management experience
(dermatology experience is a bonus).
Proven track record of
managing teams
in a healthcare or customer-facing environment.
Post-secondary education (college or university degree required).
Familiarity with EMR systems (Oscar EMR preferred).
Demonstrated success in
growth-oriented or business development
roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
