Job Requirements

Solid Accumulation in the Education Industry



Canadian Educational Background

: Must have lived, studied or worked in Canada for many years, with an in-depth understanding of the education bureau policies of each Canadian province and the operational mechanisms of universities.

Industry Background

: Preferable to have work experience in the

Institutional Relations

role at the international department of Canadian universities, large-scale international education groups (e.g., Navitas, Kaplan, etc.) or well-known study-abroad service institutions.

Project Negotiation Skills

: Possess strong business negotiation capabilities, and be able to represent the company in communicating complex contract terms and cooperation models with university authorities.

Market Acumen

: Be capable of judging the value and

feasibility of implementation

of a project.
Core Responsibilities

Sourcing Collaborative Programs

Conduct research on distinctive programs offered by universities and colleges in Canada and the United States, and identify cooperation opportunities suitable for introduction to Chinese students or international students. These opportunities include but are not limited to: dual-degree programs, pathway courses, short-term credit-bearing courses, study tours at prestigious overseas institutions, and cooperative education initiatives.

Institutional Relationship Management

Liaise with the International Offices or relevant academic departments of Canadian institutions to obtain first-hand intentions for program collaboration, and secure exclusive agency rights or cooperation rights for the Chinese market.

Conduct in-depth due diligence on identified programs

, including verification of program compliance (such as official registration with education authorities), the credibility of academic credits, the level of institutional support, and the program's reputation in North America.

Establish and maintain a real-time

North American Education Program Opportunity Pool*. Focus not only on publicly available collaborative programs, but also explore exclusive, niche and high-threshold programs that have not yet entered the Chinese market on a large scale (e.g., lab-based research programs led by distinguished professors, micro-credentials accredited by industry associations).

Responsibilities

: Draft Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) and initial commercial terms. Define the commission structure, exclusive clauses, and the resources that partner institutions will commit to the Chinese market during the initial negotiation phase.
