Months 1-6: Foundation Mastery

Handle member services and daily operations Learn our systems inside and out Shadow leadership on strategic decisions Master the fundamentals while others are still in orientation

Months 7-12: Specialized Growth

Lead member tours and business development Manage specific operational areas Contribute to expansion planning Take ownership of real projects with real impact

Months 13-18: Leadership Development

Train and mentor new team members Lead cross-functional initiatives Participate in strategic planning Prepare for management roles in our expansion
