Many people across North America own vehicles that they either don\'t use, have troubles paying for, or want a way for it to earn them some extra cash. We provide these people with an established platform to get their own side-hustle started.
We are expanding our team to include a member that will help us grow our listings and transactions on our platform and to provide our users with what they want: A large variety of great vehicles, competitive prices, and a convenient place to rent them. You\'ll be at the forefront of something amazing by building the first community of hosts and guests in different cities as we expand from the ground-level as we work our way to the top. You\'ll help onboard future hosts to our platform and guide them through on how to provide the world class customer service for our guests. You\'ll also help potential customers find an alternative renting experience unlike your typical rental car companies.

Who we are looking for to join our team:

• Enjoy fast moving work (we expected to grow quickly)
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in a cold-call based sales environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in empathetic, persuasive and consultative styles.
• Driven and goal-oriented, motivated by both individual and team targets.

How you will be helping:

• Establish favourable first impressions and long lasting relationships with potential hosts by cold-calling and email introductions.
• Encourage hosts to join the platform by presenting the value our platform has to offer.
• Identify eligible hosts and understand their needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to prospect to close in a high-velocity environment.
• Build strong relationships with hosts and set expectations to allow them to become the best host possible.
• Onboard hosts and help them list their ride and navigate the application, guide them to providing world class customer service to guests
• Work with our small start up team to enhance and improve our platform and processes.
