As a

Business Development Specialist

, you'll play a key role in fueling our growth. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients--introducing them to the power of our platform and helping them envision how Shift Fleet AI can transform their operations. We're looking for a driver professional who is eager to build meaningful relationships, close deals, and grow their career in tech sales.

What You'll Do



Identify and engage new business opportunities

through strategic prospecting, networking, and research.

Initiate contact

with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social platforms to generate qualified leads and book meetings.

Own your pipeline

--manage and track opportunities using our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).

Collaborate cross-functionally

with marketing and sales leadership to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.

Stay sharp

by keeping up with industry trends, competitor moves, and market conditions.

What You Bring



3+ years of experience

in business development, SDR, or B2B client-facing roles (SaaS or AI platform experience is a major asset).

Excellent communication and storytelling skills

--you know how to connect and influence.

Strong organizational habits

--you can manage a high volume of leads while staying focused on conversion.

Growth mindset

--you're coachable, curious, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Comfort with tech

--CRM systems (like HubSpot or Salesforce), outreach tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

What We Offer
