Job Description

Responsibilities




As directed by Sr Sales team target B2B prospects in the behavioral health/general healthcare facility markets and other market segments using various strategies, such as: + Database prospecting,
+ Sales rep engagement to find and vet projects and then forward to sales rep for consideration,
+ Outbound contact through Call/Email, LinkedIn,
Direct communication with Stance independent reps on outstanding prospect projects Build trust with sales reps and prospects through various initiatives such as Continuing Education Unit activities, providing information, and acting as contact if other members of sales team not available Update/leverage HubSpot to track, monitor, and report key sales funnel targets and metrics including: + Data entry of new prospects and other data into CRM,
+ Update and manage prospect interactions and reporting for other team members as needed
+ Run regular and ad hoc reports such as missed business, segment activity
Continually develop and utilize product knowledge in conjunction with tools such as HubSpot, and prospecting software to support sales team and reps on the company's product solutions and services Work with team members to meet the needs of prospects, including: + Providing marketing material to end users
+ Creating/scheduling/delivering presentations, showroom presentation including travel and hospitality arrangements when needed
+ Manage schedules between sales prospects/sales team to arrange virtual/in person meetings
Support members of sales team and/or participate in special projects to acquire new business, such as:
+ New market research/strategy implementation
+ Direct mail campaigns
+ Special event planning
+ Tradeshow assistance
Other duties as may reasonably be assigned

Skill/Effort Requirements




A passionate interest in a sales career in an innovative, industry leading, customer focused environment Pro-active and goal oriented with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment Previous experience with CRM systems preferred Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or related field Strong user of Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning and leveraging new technology Previous experience providing marketing support, data mining, event planning an asset * Creativity and a keen willingness to learn and adapt.
