Why This Role Matters



As a

Business Development Specialist

, you'll be on the frontlines introducing businesses to the game-changing potential of CloudRep AI. You'll connect with decision-makers, understand their pain points, and show them how our AI platform can streamline communication, reduce manual workload, and drive revenue.

We're looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial professional who is ready to make a measurable impact and accelerate their career in tech sales.

What You'll Do



Prospect and engage with leads

via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to identify new business opportunities.

Educate potential clients

on how CloudRep's AI solutions can automate and elevate their customer interactions.

Manage your pipeline

through CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and lead tracking.

Work closely with Marketing and Sales

to refine messaging and tailor outreach strategies based on market trends.

Stay on top of the AI and automation space

--competitors, trends, use cases--so you can speak with authority.

What You Bring



3+ years of experience

in business development, SDR, or B2B client-facing roles (SaaS or AI platform experience is a major asset).

Strong communication and consultative skills--you know how to ask the right questions and guide a conversation.

Self-starter energy

--you're proactive, organized, and not afraid to pick up the phone.

Tech-forward mindset

--you're comfortable navigating CRMs, prospecting tools, and AI-driven platforms

Collaborative spirit

What We Offer
