Summary
DK-LOK Canada Ltd. is seeking an
experienced, Regina-based Outside Sales / Business Development professional
to oversee and expand our sales operations across
Saskatchewan and Manitoba
, with a particular focus on driving new growth throughout
Southern Saskatchewan's industrial and energy corridor
.
Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this position requires a self-motivated, technically knowledgeable sales professional capable of managing key accounts, developing new business, and representing DK-LOK's full line of instrumentation fittings, valves, tubing, and accessories.

Education / Experience
Minimum 7 years of outside or technical sales experience in industrial, process, or instrumentation markets
Proven history of territory management and new business development within Saskatchewan and/or Manitoba
Technical understanding of DK-LOK or equivalent products (instrumentation fittings, valves, tubing, accessories)
Working knowledge of applicable standards and certifications (ASME, CSA, CRN, ASTM, etc.)
Key Qualifications
Established professional network within industrial, energy, and fabrication sectors across SK and MB
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute long-term growth initiatives
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with technical competence
Self-directed and highly organized, capable of managing multiple active projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for reporting and pipeline management
Valid Saskatchewan or Manitoba Driver's License with availability for regular regional travel
Primary Responsibilities
Territory Development
Lead DK-LOK's business expansion across Saskatchewan and Manitoba, emphasizing Southern Saskatchewan's industrial growth regions
Leverage existing client relationships to identify new opportunities across energy, mining, chemical, and fabrication markets
Identify key decision-makers within engineering, procurement, and operations teams
Stay current with product advancements, regulatory changes, and competitive trends
Client & Account Management
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through professional and ethical engagement
Present DK-LOK products and solutions that meet client requirements for quality, reliability, and delivery
Provide responsive technical support and ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up
Actively gather market feedback to inform company strategy and service improvements
Business Growth & Strategy
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory
Support contract discussions, pricing strategies, and proposal development
Represent DK-LOK at key industry trade shows, client site visits, and networking events
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales initiatives with supply chain and production capabilities
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate expense reports, call summaries, and sales forecasts
Regularly update CRM records and submit activity reports to management
