Our work supports property managers, strata corporations, general contractors, developers, and a range of commercial and residential clients. We are expanding our reach and looking for a dedicated professional to help grow our project pipeline.
Duties
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and outreach efforts
Engage prospective clients via calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for expansion
o Use existing industry contacts within strata management, property management companies, construction firms, developers, architectural companies, and related sectors to generate qualified leads.
Maintain and grow those relationships to secure ongoing and new project opportunities.
Identify additional business prospects through outreach, networking, and targeted market research.
Work closely with the internal team to assist with proposals, quotations, and client follow-ups.
Track all lead-generation activities and maintain an organized sales pipeline with regular progress updates.
What We're Looking For
A strong existing network
in strata, property management, construction, development, or architect-driven industries.
Proven experience in sales or business development--ideally within construction, trades, or property services.
A relationship-driven professional who can open doors, introduce Pro-Line's services, and secure meaningful leads.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to present our capabilities to decision-makers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure.
Experience
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within a B2B environment
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Familiarity with project management principles and tools
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
Ability to develop strategic plans for market penetration and growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams
Experience in marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand awareness
