Mac Management Properties Inc. is a full service property management firm located in St. Catharines, specializing in tenant placement, day-to-day management, and oversight of rental properties and real estate portfolios. This is an opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to collect a guaranteed base salary with achievable year one on-target earnings of $70,000. In our business development role you will develop outbound campaigns and maintain pipelines for incoming leads. You will critically assess whether clients match our criteria, and develop systems to attract those with the right client profile. You will maintain and foster these client relationships. Responsibilities:

• Prospect to generate investor/client leads into our pipeline with proactive outbound sales
• Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently
• Meet with and educate qualified leads on our residential property management services
• Qualify and convert prospects into clients
• Complete the necessary forms and paperwork to onboard new properties and clients
• Build, develop, manage, and maintain multiple pipelines with our CRM (LeadSimple)
• Regular communication and relationship building with our investor clients

About you:

• Proven sales history (3+ years preferred)
• Responsive and industrious
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (on phone, over email and in-person)
• Proven track record of performance
• Experience in property management and real estate preferred
• Must have valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and vehicle
